Grant Submission Information
Eligibility:

Grants are made to non-profit agencies in the East Moline Community Fund service area. This includes East Moline and the surrounding communities.

Not available to agencies and institutions funded primarily through tax support.

Non-Profits are eligible to receive one grant in twelve months.

Grants are made for Capital and Program expenses only.
Required submission materials, in this order, please:

Organization’s Non-Profit EIN Number and official name.

The organization’s contact information includes the primary person responsible for grant submission, address, email, and phone.

Two-page (or less) narrative with title and amount requested in the first paragraph followed by a description of the program or project.

Basic budget explanation corresponding to the requested amount

The organization’s Executive Director (or President, CEO) and principal development officer’s contact information include name, address, email, and phone number.

The organization’s Board of Directors contact information includes name, address, email, and phone number.
SUBMISSION PROCESS:

The electronic Grant Submission Packet should be a PDF file.

The staff is unavailable to accept a grant packet in-person.
The application will be accepted electronically.
